RNDr. Stanislav Vaněk z redakce Vesmíru usedne v odborné porotě, která bude vybírat fotografie do kalendáře a na výstavu. 09.06. 2014 Soutěžní web spuštěn Web soutěže věda fotogenická byl spuštěn. Od 1. června do 1. srpna bude možné nahrávat soutěžní fotografie. Těšíme se na vaše snímky! 31.05. 2014 The contest is organised and supported by: Design by mvolf">Photogenic Science was organized by the Czech Academy of Sciences in 2015. The objective of this project is to address all workers from all institutes of the Academy and encourage them to submit their photos in the contest. A board of professionals selects the best shots to be published in the 2016 Calendar, which will be used for the presentation of Czech science to partners of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Much like in the last year, staff of the Institute of Geology of the CAS took part in this context and was awarded the most prestigious prizes again. In 2014, Leona Chadimová took the first prize of the Academic Board of the Czech Republic with her photo “The hour at time zero”. This year the first prize of the professional board in the category Photogenic Science was awarded to Pavel Lisý of the Institute of Geology of the CAS for his photo “I keep on burning”. In addition, photos by Leona Chadimová and Lukáš Krmíček were selected by the professional board, together with the winning shot by Pavel Lisý, for the 2016 Calendar of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
